Your responsibilities

  • Keep account credentials secure and review AI renders before publishing or sharing.
  • Back up originals before processing. aijewelrymodel.com is not a permanent storage provider.
  • Label or disclose AI-generated visuals when required by your policies or local law.

Billing & refunds

  • Paid plans or credit packs are charged via audited payment processors. Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes.
  • Refunds follow the policy displayed during purchase and depend on actual credit usage.
  • We may suspend accounts with unpaid balances or fraudulent chargebacks until the issue is resolved.

Platform abuse & misuse

  • Do not automate bulk submissions without written consent or use outputs for identity theft, forgery, or misinformation.
  • Do not misrepresent AI-generated images in ways that violate consumer protection, disclosure, or advertising regulations.
  • Do not use the Service for fraud, impersonation, counterfeit listings, fabricated endorsements, or other deceptive commercial practices.

Service availability

  • We strive for high uptime but may schedule maintenance or experience outages. We are not liable for business losses caused by downtime.
  • Features can evolve, be deprecated, or move to new pricing tiers. We post material changes in-app or by email.
  • We reserve the right to rate-limit requests or pause accounts that trigger abuse detection mechanisms.

Updates & termination
